These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of clean beauty products (including but not limited to Uber-black mascara, peppermint lip gloss, blushes, and skincare essentials) from Jonesroadbeautuy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Placement & Confirmation
1.1 Order Submission
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time (see Section 1.3 for details on order cancellation).
To place an order, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information (including shipping address, contact details, and payment information). We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.
1.2 Order Confirmation
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order (“Order Acknowledgment”). This email does not constitute acceptance of your order—we will send a separate “Order Confirmation” email once we have verified your payment and confirmed that the products are in stock. Acceptance of your order is final only when we send the Order Confirmation.
1.3 Order Cancellation
- By You: You may request to cancel your order only if we have not yet sent the Order Confirmation. Once the Order Confirmation is sent (i.e., your order has been processed for shipping), cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the products in accordance with our Return Policy (see Section 4).
- By Us: We may cancel an order if: (a) the product is out of stock or discontinued; (b) there is a pricing error or product description inaccuracy; (c) we suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) we are unable to verify your payment or shipping information. If we cancel your order after you have made payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (see Section 5 for refund details).
2. Shipping & Delivery

We offer global free shipping on all orders—there are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden shipping fees, regardless of your location.
2.2 Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day). Processing time refers to the period between order confirmation and shipment.
- Delivery Time: After processing, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days to reach any destination worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing (for international orders), weather conditions, or carrier delays.
2.3 Shipping Responsibilities
Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number via email (see our Shipping Policy for more details on order tracking). Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, or if delivery is delayed beyond 12 business days, contact us at [email protected]—we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.
For international orders, you are responsible for complying with all import laws, regulations, and customs requirements of your country. We are not liable for delays or seizures caused by non-compliance with these requirements.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Currency & Payment Methods
All prices on our website are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure payment methods as indicated at checkout.
3.2 Payment Authorization
When you place an order, we will authorize your payment method for the full order amount to ensure funds are available. This authorization is not a charge—we will only charge your payment method once your order is processed and shipped (i.e., after the Order Confirmation is sent).
3.3 Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on our website include applicable taxes for orders shipped within the United States. For international orders, taxes, customs duties, or import fees may be imposed by your country’s government. These fees are your sole responsibility and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery—we do not include them in the order total, and we are not responsible for calculating or notifying you of these costs.
4. Returns
4.1 Return Eligibility
You may return any unused, unopened products, or lightly used products (with at least 75% of the product remaining) for a refund within 60 days of delivery. Final sale items (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page) and gift cards are non-returnable.
4.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- We will send a pre-paid return shipping label (free of charge, as part of our global free shipping policy) and instructions for packing and sending the products.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., heavily used products, returns received after 60 days).
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only for orders that meet the return criteria outlined in Section 4, or for orders canceled by us (see Section 1.3).
5.2 Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned products (typically 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will approve your refund and issue it to your original payment method.
- Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times. We will send a “Refund Confirmation” email once the refund is processed—if you do not see the refund after 10 days, contact your bank first, then reach out to us for assistance.
5.3 Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned products (excluding any international customs duties or fees you may have paid, as these are non-refundable through us).

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information (including descriptions, ingredients, and images) on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or images are error-free, complete, or current. If a product’s actual attributes differ from what is displayed, your sole remedy is to return the product in accordance with our Return Policy.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time, and we will notify you if a product you ordered is discontinued after your order is placed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jonesroadbeautuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or damage to property) arising from your purchase or use of our products, or from any delay or error in shipping. Our total liability to you for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total purchase price of the products in that order.
